5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own the final deliverables of your commissioned project. Elysium Studios retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed. We retain ownership of any proprietary tools, frameworks, or code libraries used in development.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be agreed upon before project commencement. Typical arrangements include upfront deposits and milestone-based payments. Late payments may result in project suspension or cancellation.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Generally, deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. If you are unsatisfied with deliverables, we will work with you to address concerns before considering refunds.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our services to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Harass or harm others

9. Limitation of Liability

Elysium Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
